Euro Disney is the Continental home of Mickey Mouse and friends, and just as you might expect to find a huge range of top attractions in Walt Disney World in the USA, so visitors to Euro Disney will also have some of the world’s most exhilarating rides to enjoy.

Certainly one of the most popular Euro disney attractions is Big Thunder Mountain, an enormous rollercoaster designed to mimic an old Wild West Railroad train, with its twisting turns, steep drops and rickety old carriages.  Fans of Woody from the Toy Story movies will love this ride, but it’s not for the faint hearted.  Not to be outdone, Buzz Lightyear welcomes Disneyland guests to his Space Mountain: Mission 2 ride, a fast paced thrilling rollercoaster that takes children (and big kids) on a space mission with their favourite astronaut.

The Eurodisney park has an exciting range of water rides that are based around some of Disney’s most popular movies.  Enjoy a trip through magical caverns and past mysterious castles on the Pirates of The Caribbean ride that offers unexpected drops, twists and turns, and guarantees to get its passengers wet!  Or check out the magical land of Peter Pan, which is great for younger children to enjoy.

Although there are plenty of wild attractions to grab your attention, Euro Disney offers plenty for families and younger children as well.  The Magic Castle, which is the much loved centrepiece of the park, and which features in the credits of all Disney movies, is also an integral part of the celebrations here.  The various parades all pass by here, and the stage set to one side regularly hosts world class entertainment, musical extravaganzas and fireworks displays.

The Pocahontas Indian Village is a marvellous outdoor play area, with climbing frames, cargo nets and endless slides; perfect for letting the little ones burn off a bit of extra energy, while the Flying Carpet ride if a classic fairground attraction that offers a gentler opportunity for fun.

Even staying and dining in Euro Disney is an attraction in itself.  The themed restaurants and hotels will awaken children’s imaginations and keep them occupied for hours and attractions like the Wild West Extravaganza dinner show, with Mickey and his pals singing and dancing away on stage while you eat, are great ways to relax and still be entertained.  There are plenty of Euro Disney attractions to appeal to all ages, and a holiday here guarantees fun for everyone.
